Rilynn is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Coastal Recovery Partners. With a strong background in substance use treatment, recovery support, and program operations, Rilynn brings authenticity, leadership, and heart to the organization’s mission. 

She believes recovery is possible for everyone and that treatment should be compassionate, individualized, and grounded in dignity, connection, and hope.

At Coastal Recovery Partners, Rilynn oversees program operations and helps shape the culture and vision of the organization. She is deeply committed to ensuring the program remains rooted in Coastal’s mission of providing compassionate, evidence- based care in a safe and empowering environment. 

Known for her approachable and down to earth style, Rilynn values meeting people where they are and creating an environment where clients feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding substance use, supporting families and communities impacted by addiction, and helping people build meaningful, sustainable lives in recovery.
